Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once your return has been approved and place a new order separately.
European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
